The Intel Xeon Platinum 8354H is a high frequency 18 core Cooper Lake processor from the 3rd Gen Xeon Scalable family, built for four and eight socket servers on the Cedar Island platform. It runs 18 cores and 36 threads at a 3.10GHz base clock with 4.30GHz max turbo, backed by 24.75MB of L3 cache and six channels of DDR4 memory at up to 3200MT/s. Cooper Lake brought bfloat16 support to Intel DL Boost, accelerating AI training and inference on general purpose server silicon.

Compatible with: four and eight socket Cedar Island platforms with Socket P+ (LGA4189) that accept 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable Cooper Lake processors. Cooper Lake and Ice Lake are not interchangeable: the two families share a pin count but use different sockets and platforms. Mainstream dual socket Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant servers do not support this processor family. Confirm platform support and chassis cooling for the 205W TDP before installation.
