Unless expressly stated otherwise in a product listing, products sold on this site are certified refurbished server hardware components. Refurbished products have been tested and verified to function properly, and may show cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. Product images are representative; the unit you receive may differ cosmetically. All part numbers, specifications, and compatibility information are provided to help you select the correct part, but you are responsible for confirming compatibility with your system before ordering.
3. Pricing and Errors
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, with a full refund of any amount charged.
4. Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
