DDR4-3200 memory, also designated PC4-25600, runs at 3200 MT/s and delivers up to 25.6 GB/s of peak bandwidth per module, the highest standard speed of the DDR4 generation. It is the native memory grade for 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable platforms such as the Dell PowerEdge R650 and R750 and the HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus line, and for AMD EPYC 7002 and 7003 series servers, which support 3200 MT/s across all eight memory channels.

This collection holds our certified refurbished DDR4-3200 server memory, including registered RDIMM and load reduced LRDIMM module types from manufacturers such as Samsung and Micron. Every module is pulled from working data center equipment, tested in server hardware, and backed by our lifetime warranty. Because EPYC platforms in particular are sensitive to memory population rules, matching speed and rank across channels matters more here than on older generations.
