We have spent the last 18 years buying servers, refurbishing them, testing them, selling them, and parting them out. Which meant we were sitting on a warehouse full of known-good, bench-tested components while people with a dead node sat refreshing an auction site, hoping the part number in the photo matched the one in their hand, or gambled on a stranger's "untested pull" and waited a week for a $40 DIMM.

So now the shelf is the store.

In Stock means the part is on our shelf: counted, bench tested, and ready to ship today. Not "available through our network." Not sitting in somebody else's warehouse. On. The. Shelf.

Call for Availability means the part is not on our shelf yet, but 18 years of buying, testing, and reselling server hardware builds a very deep bench. Server Parts Fast sits on top of an extensive sourcing network, and when you call about one of these parts, there is a decent chance it is already on a truck headed to our dock. We will tell you exactly what we can get, what it costs, and when it ships. No guessing. No vague lead times. No fine print.

What we will never do is show you In Stock on a part we still have to go find.

Bench Tested Is Not a Figure of Speech.

Every refurbished part we sell is inspected and tested by our technicians before it earns a spot on the shelf. We know where it came from, we know what it is, and we know whether it works. Processors are verified, memory is tested, and controllers, HBAs, network cards, drives, and power supplies are all checked before they ship. Because "pulled from a working environment" is not a test procedure, and neither is a photograph in an auction listing.

Every refurbished part includes a one-year warranty and 30-day returns with no restocking fee. If a part does not do its job, we make it right.
