Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Location

All orders ship from our warehouse in Suwanee, Georgia, USA.

Carriers & Rates

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Available shipping methods and exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Delivery Estimates

  • Ground: typically 1–5 business days within the continental United States, depending on distance from Georgia.
  • Expedited (2-Day / Overnight): available at checkout for most items.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit time begins when the carrier picks up the package, not when the order is placed.

Large & Freight Items

Oversized items such as server chassis may require freight or special handling. If additional arrangements are needed, we will contact you before shipping. For freight quotes in advance, contact us at support@serverpartsfast.com or 1-800-778-2012.

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us for a quote before ordering. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 5 business days so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement. If tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
