Refund policy

ServerPartsFast.com stands behind every part we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns of both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days may be declined or handled under the product warranty described below.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including all accessories, brackets, cables, and packaging that were included with the order.
  • Serial number and part number labels must be intact and match the unit that was shipped.
  • Items damaged by improper installation, electrostatic discharge, physical abuse, or modification are not eligible for return under this policy.

How to Start a Return

Contact us by email at support@serverpartsfast.com or by phone at 1-800-778-2012 with your order number and the part number you wish to return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We pay return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label and, at your choice, a replacement unit or a full refund.
  • Non-defective returns (changed your mind, ordered the wrong part): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need a different part, the fastest option is to place a new order for the correct item and return the original for a refund. For defective items we will ship a replacement of the same part number at no charge, subject to availability.

Warranty

All certified refurbished parts sold by ServerPartsFast.com are covered by a 90-day warranty against hardware defects, beginning on the date of delivery. If a part fails within the warranty period under normal use, contact us for an RMA and we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and send a replacement.
