The Dell 4KN16 is the Riser 2A board for the 14th generation PowerEdge four socket 2U platform, carrying one full height, full length PCIe Gen3 x16 slot in the center riser position. It is the GPU capable Riser 2 option for this chassis; the two slot x8 variant circulates under KX00W and is a different board. Dell requires the x16 riser for accelerator installs, so this is the part to fit when building the center position for GPU or FPGA work, or when replacing a failed riser.
