It runs a 2.65GHz base clock with boost up to 3.60GHz, carries a large 128MB L3 cache, and fits the SP3 socket at a 180W default TDP with eight channel DDR4-3200 ECC memory support and 128 lanes of PCIe 4.0. Its core density, memory bandwidth, and I/O make it an excellent engine for virtualization, databases, and general purpose enterprise compute in single or dual socket configurations.
