Intel Xeon Gold 6300 and 5300 Series Processors (3rd Gen)

Third generation Intel Xeon Gold processors moved to the Ice Lake architecture and the LGA4189 socket in 2021, bringing PCIe 4.0, eight channel DDR4-3200 memory, and up to 32 cores in the 6300 series. The 5300 series delivers the same platform features with more modest core counts and pricing. H suffix models from the Cooper Lake branch also belong to the 3rd generation and serve four and eight socket systems.

These CPUs power the current wave of off lease enterprise servers entering the secondary market, making 3rd Gen Gold parts an increasingly economical path to modern platform features like PCIe 4.0 storage and higher memory bandwidth.

Every 6300 and 5300 series processor is certified refurbished, tested, and covered by a 1 year warranty. Note the socket change from earlier generations: these parts fit LGA4189 platforms only, so verify your server generation or ask our team to confirm.
