The HPE 777281-001 is the standard primary riser cage assembly for the Gen9 ProLiant 2U platform, carrying three full height PCIe Gen3 slots: one full length x16, one half length x16, and one half length x8. The assembly combines the riser board, which circulates under 729804-001, with the L shaped cage under 747595-001 and 719072-001, and the spare also appears as 777287-001. All of these numbers identify one physical assembly. It is the part to fit when restoring the primary expansion bank or replacing a damaged riser.
