The HPE 747608-001 is the standard performance passive processor heatsink for 2U Gen9 ProLiant servers. Gen9 hardware remains widely deployed in homelabs and in second line production, and heatsinks are one of the parts most often missing when a chassis or a bare motherboard changes hands. This is the mainstream wattage part rather than the high performance block. 777290-001 is the HPE spare number for this same physical heatsink.
