The Dell 4D2N2 is the metal blank filler bracket for the Riser 2 and Riser 3 positions of the 14th generation PowerEdge 2U chassis. It occupies the rear riser openings when those positions are unpopulated, maintaining the airflow path and EMI shielding the chassis was designed for. It is the piece to fit when a server runs without its optional risers, or when a rebuild is missing its rear blanks. Note this is a mechanical blank only; it carries no PCIe slots.
